Baymeadows, Deerwood, Bayard

Baymeadows is an area where there are clusters of residences mixed with business parks mixed with shopping plazas and back again.  Amidst the typical scenery of a road in a city with buildings and cars, pops out several eclectic store-front signs, advertising the worldly grocery food stores that sit behind them. It's in these ethnic enclaves along Baymeadows Road that Jacksonville's rich cultural diversity is revealed.

Living in Deerwood offers residents a suburban feel and homes show pride of ownership. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Bayard was a planned development back in 1884 and became a midpoint between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Tourists also used it as a rest stop, both before and after the 1934 completion of U.S. Route 1.  To many, this area is one of the best places to live, you have a rural feel yet everything you need is nearby.

So whether it is Baymeadows, Deerwood or Bayard, you can live close to where you work, eat great food, shop and experience plenty of entertainment.
